Card Symphony is made by Ben Perry. By using Card Symphony, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Card Symphony is a card-game entertainment app. It is not a casino, gambling service, bank, payment provider, betting platform, or financial adviser.
1. Entertainment Only
Card Symphony is provided for entertainment. The app includes card games and casino-style presentation, but it does not offer real-money gambling, real-money betting, cash prizes, or financial rewards.
2. Virtual Chips
Virtual chips are used only inside Card Symphony. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred outside the app, and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, or prizes.
You are responsible for how you use your virtual chips inside the app.
3. In-App Purchases
Optional virtual chip packs may be available through Apple in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms, payment rules, refund process, and family sharing rules where applicable.
Unless required by Apple or applicable law, virtual chip purchases are final once delivered to your in-app bank.
4. Game Center Online Play
Online poker features use Apple Game Center for sign-in, matchmaking, invites, and peer-to-peer table messages. You must comply with Apple's Game Center rules and use online features respectfully.
Online play may depend on Apple services, internet connection, device compatibility, and other players being available.
5. No Guaranteed Availability
Card Symphony may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features such as StoreKit purchases and Game Center tables depend on Apple services and may not always be available.
6. Fair Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with online tables, exploit bugs, attempt to bypass purchase verification, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.
7. Age and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for using Card Symphony only where you are allowed to use it. Because the app uses casino-style themes, you should not use it if your age, location, or local rules prohibit you from using simulated casino or card-game apps.
8. Ownership and Licences
Card Symphony, its app design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Ben Perry or licensed for use in the app. Some card, sound, and texture assets are provided by third-party sources under their own licences.
You may use Card Symphony for personal, non-commercial entertainment. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
9. Support
Support is provided through the Watery Apps support page. Please include the app name, device details, app version if known, and a short description of the issue.
10. Disclaimer
Card Symphony is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ben Perry is not responsible for losses, interruptions, device issues, unavailable Apple services, lost virtual chips, or gameplay outcomes.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
